    Co-Founders

    The founding team of Fox Creek Properties is experienced in all aspects of land development. The team offers expertise in funding, marketing, construction, market analysis, mitigation banking, stream bank restoration, and has extensive backgrounds in banking and accounting. Foxcreek Properties is extremely proud of our team of experts. We offer a wide range of expertise in site and environmental analysis, land acquisition, planning and design of development.

    Bill Evans, Jr.

    The founder of Fox Creek Properties, William Evans, Jr., has been in the development business for over 40 years. Specializing in zoning and political entitlements, Evans is also the founding member of 4 banks – Heritage Bank, Premier Bancshares, Piedmont Bank and First Century Bank. He has served on the board on companies listed on The New York Stock Exchange, Nasdaq Stock Exchange and the American Stock Exchange. Evans is a Georgia native and received his MBA from the University of Georgia.

    George T. Hovis

    George Hovis, with over 40 years of experience in development has had a hand in developing over 10,000 lots. Hovis is recognized as a quality developer by the small and large home builder community. Since serving on the board of Piedmont Bank,  he has established a remarkable reputation throughout the financial community.
